Pułaski & Kościuszko, two most important military figures of 18th century & foreign volunteers to the American Revolution of 1775-1783.
General David T. Zabecki, an American military historian & author, served in the US Army in Vietnam and Europe. He has PhDs in engineering and military science.
He is an honorary senior research fellow in the War Studies Programme at the University of Birmingham. A member of the New York Academy of Sciences and The Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences of America. An author, editor and translator of several books on military history. He received the Arthur Goodzeit Book Award for this work. He holds the US military 'Legion of Merit' Award.
