What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide was originally created to treat patients with diabetes, however, a secondary application was later found as a medicine used for weight loss, to lower blood sugar levels, and to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke in type two diabetes patients.

How to get started?
We do no accept insurance so this is an out of pocket expense. Payment is requred when the medicine is ordered. There is a 3-week turn around time from an order date due to high demnad. In order to off set thi wait time, your first 2 weeks camn be administerated at our location. You will need to refrigate your mediction. You will be supplied with syringes, needles, sharps container, alcohol swabs and the eduction necesarry to inject yourself.
How to start?
We offer virtual and in person consultation, we will go over your history and weight goals also previous struggles and what worked for your and what did not. You are required to provide blood work within 3 months from starting program or done within 6 months prior to start. If you don’t have recent blood work we can send you a script to do so. If you decide too participate you can also receive first dose at our location. You will be injecting 0.25mg once a week for 1-4 weeks. Then 0.5mg (50 units or 0.5ml) during 5-8 weeks then if tolerated you will progress to 1.0mg weekly dose.
Restrictions
Who is NOT eligible for Semiglutide? Patients who are:
- pregnant of breastfeeding
- have any history of dumping syndrome, pancreatitis
- type 1 diabetes
- thyroid cancer
Who is NOT eligible for Phentermine? Patients who have history of:
- cardiac disease
- pregnant
- overactive thyroid
- kidney failure
